Efuy door bell camera

Eufy door bell camera stopped working a few weeks back and won't connect back to sky network been trying but no success any help would be grateful

Is it a solo doorbell camera with a chime or does it connect via the Eufy homebase? Typically Eufy products connect back to your homebase unless you just have a standalone doorbell.
