Speed test
My sky app always tells me there's no issues with my internet but most of my speed tests done on various pc, mac and iPhone tell me my speed is max 8mbps

@Justmitch1979 You need to speak to Sky and tell them this. You need to give them a month to try and fix the fault so you get your promised/guaranteed speeds. If they don't improve in that timeframe to your promised/guaranteed speed then you are able to terminate your contract penalty free.

@Anonymous That would only apply if the fault is with the line and not just WiFi related.
@Justmitch1979 Does the app show that your connected speed is what it should be(or close to it)?
Can you run a speed test via a device that is connected through ethernet?
