@Sue247 the issue is with the connection to the exchange so you need to report yhst to Sky so thry can get Openreach out to find and sort the issue. Therefore I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

My PON light is red and Sky automated messages keep saying there's an outage in our area but this has been going on for 6 days now! Would you be able to send openreach to sort this?
