@Sue247 the issue is with the connection to the exchange so you need to report yhst to Sky so thry can get Openreach out to find and sort the issue. Therefore I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

My PON light is red and Sky automated messages keep saying there's an outage in our area but this has been going on for 6 days now! Would you be able to send openreach to sort this?

Hi, I am having the same issue my red light is on also and I've no internet, but I'm still having to pay my broadband bill, I've been told open reach will be fixing the issue on the 25th of April but I was wondering is it possible to get it fixed a lot sooner as it's costing me more as I'm using my mobile data

I have this now. Everthing was working correctly and now nothing! Our heating is connected via hive and ive now missed an entirw afternoons work! Can you connect me to an engineer? Ive trued everything to find a phone number for sky woth no luck just a useless AI bot! Have an engineer booked for a few days time but need help now. How i miss the days you could speak to a human 😞

@Krisbeach PON light is Red, then OR Engineer may be required to correct that, problem from Home to the OR Exchange, nothing that you can do, run the service checker and if sky are aware they may just indicate that there is indeed an area wide fault! Run it over mobile data!
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
