Just watching tele as normal ans all as gone done and RED pon light on static ..

theres BT working downstairs and they say its nothing to do woth them although i think it must be .... sky tests say all is ok ?

If your LOS light has lit red this means the signal down the fibre cable has been lost. I would recommend you call Sky to report the outage
