PON red , I have no Internet or TV and can't talk to anyone at sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dawn114 you do need to report the fault to Sky. I am not sure why you cant call Sky as there lines are open for at least another hour if callingbthem stay on the line and do not accept offers of texts etc.
