Moving home website doesn’t work

Hi there! So im trying to tell Sky about moving homes, and every time I get to the final step, it comes up with 'technical difficulties'. I have tried this at various times on different days but always get the same result. Is there a number I can call instead? It's coming up to a week until I move. Thank you!

Call by dialling 150 (free) from either yourSky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Calls to Sky will start automated which may try to send you here to the forum or offer you the online help route. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

But what if I don't have SkyTalk? I only have the broadband

You have Sky Talk. It's bundled together with Sky Broadband. Presumably you've just chosen to not have a phone handset attached to it.

Okay so if I don't have the landline, nor SkyMobile, then how can I contact somebody to sort out moving over my broadband?

Go down to need more help and it's currently showing a 0333 number for UK customers. If you're in the ROI change the flag in the bottom corner to the Irish flag for a different number.
