Moving home system is broken

I am trying to get my move set up through the website and after trying to submit I am faced with this glitchy page and am unable to proceed. Anyone encountering the same issue?

@CarlosN  You have to call sky directly, it can't be done online

@CarlosN  Nothing is up all of the time and at times calling in can be just as fast if you have questions about the process.
