Moving home broadband

I am moving home within a month and like to book a home visit via below link : https://www.sky.com/help/articles/home-move-start#ready-to-get-in-touch 

 

but give me a message :

"You don’t have any products with us right now"

 

My contract end at 04/07/2024.

Is your current broadband Ultrafast 1 (150Mbs) on G.fast?

Are you sure you are logging into the Sky ID with your account number that has your products attached to it?

If so you'll need to call Sky instead.
