Moving from BT Business
Good morning. I know that changing from one broadband provider to another has now been simplified, in actual fact it looks like you don't have to do anything except order it. The question I have is, does it make an difference if it's from BT Business to Sky normal (not business), I don't know why it would but thought I would ask. Any help gratefully appreciated.

Re: Moving from BT Business
@myoyster Sky Broadband (Domestic) where you have posted is for domestic use only and not for business, if your intention is to use it for business it would be a breach of Skys T&Cs

Re: Moving from BT Business
@myoyster in terms of the One Touch Switch process I doubt it would make any difference but hope you are aware of the difference in service level as domestic lines have a 2 full working day SLA sona fault reported on a Friday will not be overdue if it is fixed by the.end of the following Tuesday which is why prices are lower.
Although a technical breach of contraxt Sky dont seem to concernedcthst people use connections for working from home but it gains you no priority.
