Hi, I wondered if you could put my mind at rest please.
I currently have full fibre with a speed of 300mb/s.
I am moving home next year and after checking the Sky site, the new address can only receive superfast at 61mb/s.
I'm fine with this, but wondered what Sky would do? Would they change the plan on my account and charge me a less monthly cost, or would they just allow me to cancel my services and set up a new account at the new address?
Also, what's the best way to time this so that I have no loss of services and have internet on the day I move please? Internet is vital for work so I need to ensure it's up and running on the day I move.
Thanks.

You wouldn't want to do the latter because that implies a significant lead time. The online Home Move system probably won't work in those circumstances so I suspect you'll need to call.
