Primary account issue when moving home

I have gone to the move home section but it pops up a message saying I have to be the primary account holder with no other option but to go back to my sky.  I am the primary account holder so what do I need to do?

@Shaun112 check you are signing in with the correct Sky id linked to the account. If you are or can't remember the log in details give Sky a call.
