Moved to new home but BT Socket is in bits
Hi we have moved into our new home and are broadband went live this morning. plugged router into BT socket but no connection. I have found the Master socket but the front is off and wires hanging out. Who do i contact to get this sorted?

You would need to log a fault with Sky: attendance might be from their personnel or (more likely) Openreach.
