I recently moved home and was previously out of contract for my sky broadband/tv package. Signed up for Full Fibre 150 as Sky don't do the broadband package I previously had. My account shows Full Fibre 150 but under the billing it shows Superfast Broadband. Also I have the same router from previous home only sent a new cable. Should I have a different router as now on Full Fibre 150? Why does my bill show Superfast Broadband and not Full Fibre 150 which is supposed to be faster speed?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Helenp you can check the speed by using the service checker in the My Sky app and clicking on the broadband link. It does sound possible you are still on the older Superfast profile which can be supplied on full fibre possible due to an error you should be able to get that changed by calling Sky.

The Sky Broadband Hub (SR203) is compatible with FTTP. The 'conversion kit' ethernet cable you have been sent goes between the ethernet port on the ONT and ethernet port #4 on the Hub.

Thank you for your response, very helpful.
Do you know why Sky would put on my bill Superfast Broadband and not Full Fibre 150 that I'm supposed to be under contract for? Is there a way to check what I am getting as apparently there is a difference between the two in speed.
