Missing WiFi box

I move house tomorrow and should of had a new WiFi box delivered but nothing has turned up ??? Help please???

@Donna229  Do you currently have Sky Broadband at your current address?  If so which hub do you have?  You can take your current hub with you.

@Donna229 Do already have sky just now, home move you take everything with you apart from the sat dish and the kitchen sink of course!

 

Home move tracker should also show you all the details if you did it all that way, have you looked on that recently!
