Openreach and Sky not aligned!

Three weeks ago I had an offer through from Sky offering me a free fibre upgrade. I booked in but the initial date was no good so I moved it to yesterday. I had the Openreach engineer out yesterday to upgrade the line (and cut off my existing service) only for it to transpire that the new hub I need has not been posted. Called Sky who asked me to wait 24 hours for my order to update and the hub to dispatch. I work from home and am now facing days without Internet connectivity. Calling Sky today has resulted in me being passed from department to department. All I need is the hub dispatching, how can I navigate the labyrinth of IVR and "choose your hold music" frustration?!

@BrianC-Bham What sky hub is it that you have, take a look below linked and say!

Anything apart from the sky Hub will work on FTTP service if you have an Ethernet cable about!
