Internet is shocking

We have our Internet with apparent good speeds, but it lags absolutely awful.

Hey yes, phones, TV, tablets. We had fibre not long ago and its running at about 260 something and apparently thats good, because its awful

@Alexismachin Hope that you are aware the Forum is not sky Customer Service, so unless you say know one has the slightest about anything. The About at the Top off the community screen explains it all! My sky FF500 is just top notch and never missed a beat!
