Missing ONT

Hi, I have had my sky equipment delivered but when setting up I have discovered that the ONT is missing. The fibre cable is there but the ONT is not. How do I get one fitted please?

You'll need to phone Sky, who will notify Openreach (or their equivalent in RoI) that a replacement is required.

Did it work have the exact same problem did they just send u a new one

@Aleejai7 Does not work that way, you call sky and they will organise OR to have one installed by them, no sending in the post to you.

Where do you find the number to call as I cant find it anywhere and keep getting sent to an AI chat bot!
