My sky has been acitivated but my ONT doesn't have a power cable. I spoke to Sky last week who said I shouldn't need to do anything until activated but all the help guides just seem to send me in circles. How do I get a power cable for it? It is an openreach Nokia ONT I believe.
@socruitin You have to wait until the Activation day, as soon as that is over then GET onto sky right away and they will raise a request for OR to deal with it and get you a replacement!
