Appalling servicd
Bad service no phone line or WiFi 2 1/2 weeks
Appointments
Nobody turns up and no sense when I phoned
Hopeless there left hand does not know what their right hand is doing.
Vulnerable disabled person living alone with no family or neighbours

The first thing to do if you haven't yet is to register with Sky's accessibility team as there are additional contact options for you once you have done this.
Have you spoken to Sky about these issues because if there is a fault outside of your property then it is done to Openreach to come out to carry the repair so what is the status of this ?
