Missing Hub

Hi All, 

 

Had my service from open reach turned on on the 23rd September, but as of today, after several long waits on the phone trying to chase, I still haven't received a hub.. How is it that I'm meant to use a service I can't access ( unless I have third party gear - which fortunately I do :)). However, poor show, and I was paying for WiFi max too..  Anyway just venting, and maybe it will get customer service moving a bit..

@DanP22 dont blame you for venting but you are right it is something only Sky's customer services can sort.

@DanP22 Not from posting on the Forum, did sky not give you a reason when you spoke with them?
