Anyone experienced issues with Sky Broadband where you are able to browse the internet but not any update any Microsoft applications.
I am unable to run Windows Updates, update Edge or Store on 2 laptops
have been able to do it previously

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@PClarke It is highly unlikely to be anything top do with Sky broadband. I've had not any issue running updates with microsoft apps or Windows 11.

Unplug the Sky Hub from the mains for over half an hour to get a new public IP address: it's vaguely possible that your current IP is on a Microsoft blocklist for some reason.

I sorted it - I gave it a quick reboot and it is all happy - was so weird - working on Saturday and then just stopped
