I am a SKy customer and apparantly you get McAfee internet security as part of the talk package. If you download it and install what do you need to activate the subscription. As all it says on screen is
Unfortunately, our tool that lets you manage your McAfee subscription online is broken, so you might not be able to manage or cancel your McAfee account online.
This does not help one iota, and this has been the same since I joined skey a couple of years ago and the chat bot is no help whatsoever.

I have been paying for McAfee for years and i am still paying £3 a month for this service which i dont believe i am recieving as i have had viruses on my phone and computer which it was installed on when they offered it to me years ago. Any ideas what i should do?

If the installation on the computer was the one originally sourced from Sky then it should have still been receiving McAfee virus signature updates: I doubt the phone was ever covered, although it's worth noting that 'virus' alerts on a mobile are almost always themselves scams generated by dubious pop-up adverts in websites and apps.
