Massive packet loss % and intermittent connection

My connection is usually fine but we experience large clustered spikes in packet loss of 60-90% on frequent occasions, regularly lasting hours. Restarting the router, disconnecting devices and moving the router to different positions usually do nothing or at best help for 10s of minutes at most. These issues don't occur every day but are persistent and make things like online gaming impossible and streaming video etc challenging. When I test my connection on the MySky app there are never any issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. W

How are you testing this 'packet loss'? Over WiFi? If WiFi the. All you're doing is testing your local environment and not your internet connection
