Good Afternoon
My router is a few months old and i presume is 5ghz how do i activate 2.5ghz please any help would be greatly appricatied.
PS hope this reaches an actual human being !!!

Try the link below to either seperate the wifi for two distinct ssids for the black hubs or
Temporarily disable 5ghz to allow 2.4ghz devices to connect

Which login details is it please my sky id (app) or login details on the router ?

For the max router sr213 you use the my sky app so i don't think there are any log in details. The process should be in my link above just toggle down to the white sky max procedure

Username is admin, password is the WiFi key (unless you've changed this)
