My activation day is today, I am connected with WiFi but no internet
The router is on and the lead is connected from router to socket in wall. WiFi light green and power green, but internet is amber. This is my activation day

Thanks for the response. Hopefully it will come on. Because I don't want to be be without broadband and Tv. I do have an engineer booked for Friday in case.
