Good morning I have just changed my broadband to sky 12 days ago and ever since I have I can't make or receive calls on my mobile, I have no issue getting online and my speeds are fine it's just the calls. When I am on the mobile network I have no problem at all in making calls or receiving them. I have also used friends phones who are with different providers and they can't make calls either. Was working fine with my previous provider it's only since changing on to the sky network. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
