No WiFi since 22 Dec

Hi since yesterday I don't have Internet. Intially the connection test was saying outage in the area. Then it was working again and now not working at all. According to the test is the hub not connecting. Which is peculiar nothing was moved not changed.

@Marcopolobleu you need to report the fault to Sky so it can. Get fixed so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Thank you very much Chrisee! Much appreciated. It seems the voice line is orange which is causing no internet.

@Marcopolobleu actually its the other way round the loss of broadband means no voice line but either way it needs fixing.

@Chrisee Ooh I see I hope they can fix it asap as it forces me to go the office now being the only person in 😞 such a bad timing for this to happen
