2 amber lights on my internet box, it's not working and despite it saying on my account that I am connected I am not. I have reset, took wires out and everything still not working.

If there isn't try running the line test here:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I have always tried all these and have even been on the phone to a sky engineer which is showing on their end no issues just like it does on my sky app. But there is an issues I have no internet, now my sky q mini box is down and not working and only have the channels nothing else working.

Showed no issues and done all the resets etc still not working.

Have the same issue. After speaking to a very helpful gentleman at Sky, he advised me that a new router is required.

See I haven't had this router very long as I had similar issues last time.

Update........ received replacement hub this morning. Unfortunately the issue hasn't been resolved. Looks like a visit from an engineer now.
