MS Teams WiFi issues

I am not a technical person so please bear this in mind with your responses for which I appreciate.

I work upstairs in my office in a new build property with the router located in a small cupboard at the bottom of the stairs, probably only about 10ft away. Unfortunately, I seem to have constant issues on MS Teams, in particular, where my video freezes and I'm greeted with a message stating my signal is poor.

I have the Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1 (FTTP) package so should be receiving good enough speeds for some basic video calling. I tested my speeds earlier in three locations anre received the following:

- At my desk (upstairs) - 60mb/s download / 30.7 mb/s upload.

- Stood next to the router (downstairs) - 122mb/s download / 30.4 mb/s upload.

- Wired connection (downstairs) - 149mb/s download / 19.6mb/s upload.

I'm happy to provide details on my settings etc. if relevant or helpful.

Hi @Saz_1882

Those speeds are plenty sufficent for a Microsoft teams video call so there must be some WiFi interference coming into play.

Its also unfortunate that many new builds these days are having the fibre entry point installed in cupboards which is the worst possible location for a WiFi router.

Could you please post your router stats so we can take a look
