Had the new internet installed yesterday was running 600 when man left now 380. Pc not concerned

When man left phone test said 600 now today 380 and sons pc is not connecting by WiFi

Please post a screenshot of a speedtest taken on speedtest.net using a device that is directly wired to the hub via ethernet.
