Broadband hub is dead

My sky broadband hub suddenly died yesterday, not even 2 years old.
Tried to change plugs and that was not the issue, plugs are working fine but the hub is not. Is not showing any kind of lights or anything, it's just dead. 

How am I supposed to get a replacement? I was trying to use the chat to speak with an agent but only managed to speak with that useless bot. 

Please, help!

@Yolanda90  Are you able to use your landline to call Sky to report this or do you have internet calls and not able to call Sky?

I don't have a land phone, unfortunately. 

Do they have any free number where I can contact them? I've been looking since last night and seems like I'm stupid now, but I just couldn't find anything.

@Highlinder @No, I don't have mobile with sky, only broadband/landline and recently ended my SkyTV contract with them.

I've sorted it. Spoke with them over the phone and an engineer is coming this afternoon.

@Yolanda90  Did npt say that the sim had to be with Sky, but inferring that most calls to the number listed would not cost you.
