Low speeds

I am not getting anywhere near my package speeds(500mbps). I have speed tested it and only get 14mpbs max. The router is set up correctly and there are no visual issues.

Hi,

2 seperate iPhones both came back below 250mbps and a ps5 came back at 7mbps.

@Macey4 The quoted 500mbps figure is for ethernet  connected devices, not WiFi. The speeds your getting with your iPhones of around 200mbps is perfectly acceptable for the service. If you have the Sky WiFi max addon Sky will only provide boosters at a speed lower than 25mbps in each room.
