laptop not connect with wifi

I'm having an issue with my laptop not connecting to the WiFi network. it works perfectly well with other devices - mobile, TV and with tabs. I noticed that the internet works okay if it is connected through a wired connection. Has anyone else faced such problems before? If so, can anyone advise a solution for me? I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!
