Hello, I have been having low broadband speed since the latest firmware update. My router is the sky Q hub ER115, the firmware is 4.12.0001.R. I have ran the Sky Broadband test, here are the stats:

zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to report that and book an engineer
