I have the same problem on two pucks.

Tonight most of the live chanels were just displaying a black screen with "Technical Fault", but now I have no Live TV menu or any channels.

We have the same issue too! Programmes weren't loading so turned the sky glass to off and on again and now have no tv guide and programmes still not loading. 
our broadband seems to be working fine.

This is obviously a fault with Sky. I've been messing around for over an hour trying to get the guide & channels. I done 2 factory resets to no avail. We did manage to find some channels but don't know how but any channels we want to watch are not available. My husband wants to watch the darts, it's just loading constantly. I want to watch channel 4, same problem. This Sky stream has been a problem since day 1 & I'm stuck in a 2 year contract. I've tried phoning & there's a 40 min wait!!!! Just hate Sky!!!!! 🤬

My sky stream puck has no live tv or tv guide showing.

It has been rebooted and downloaded the software etc.

My account details have been  re-entered.

All the apps' work as expected.

The TV Guide is not available hence no live TV can be selected or watched including Sky Sports.
Online chat has closed although saying open from 8AM to 20:30PM!

The 'phone number does not work either.

This appears to be a system failure, can anyone confirm this?

I cannot watch live tv. Channels won't load. I have turned of WiFi and sky box several times. Still not working

Tv channel option back but darts won't load. Continuing to say 'loading... please try again in a few minutes' absolutely infuriating considering the cost of the service. Sky steam is awful

• Same issue, no BBC1 or BBC2, reset Puck then no tv guide at all.  Playlist and continue watching are showing tho.  App says no issue!

Just tried calling customer services and you're greeted with a message the sky glass (and therefore I assume sky stream) are having issues...

We are having same problem seems like a few others too on different threads. 
tried rebooting tv and broadband 

I wonder if those on full fibre have same problems
