Lost Packets & Bad Latency

Over the past week or so I have been noticing some poor internet performance across all devices in my hosuehold. Struggling to load web pages at times and bad ping whilst gaming.

I ran a simple ping of google.com from cmd prompt and it seems I am losing packets quite often. I also have very high latency when using speedtest.

I have my Sky Hub routed into a TP Link Deco system via cat5 and the Deco system all seems to be working as normal.

Any idea what could be happening here? Any help would be much appreciated!
