Lose beiadband connection

Over the past week and a half we have lost coneection a lot and it's not working properly 

the booster upstairs doesn't connect properly 

 

which means the tub doesn't work and I'm getting fed up of it m

 

noticed I'm out on contract with the broadband and tried renewing it but it won't let me online I want a cheaper price than before otherwise I'm going elsewhere

@beck1983 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. As a general point the My Sky app will show the current prices to renew and while threatening to cancel might get you a better price but research what competition would charge before calling them. if moving DONT cancel with Sky as you will mess the switch process as the new provider will handle thst for you.
