Broadband cable damaged - Next steps
I've recently moved into the new address. When the Openreach engineer tried to activiate the Sky Broadband he said the cable at my apartment was damaged so a second visit would be required to fix an issue. Does anyone know what would be the estimated timescales to resolve the issue?
It has been two weeks and I just keep receiving messages saying my order is delayed...

@Kathy28 you would have to speak to Sky to see what Openreach have told them if anything. Unfortunately it is very difficult to even take an educated guess at the delay.
