Line was replaced and I got taken off fttp

I've had some bad issues with my superfast internet recently, and I had an engineer come and he decided to replace the whole line from the pole to my house.

It didn't fix the issue, but now I've been taken off the openreach fttp plans?

Everyone else down my road is still in the plans, it also doesnt mention if I have access to superfast, which I currently do, but it doesn't say I have access, it just isn't there at all.

With the btopenreach checked it says that my house isn't setup or something?

I don't understand why having my line replaced has taken me off all the plans?
