Light bulbs and kettle not working

Hi all just set up today black router , tv fine and puck good.

Unfortunately the light bulbs and kettle worked by alexa don't work ..was reading router 5ghz and lights 2.4 ghz . Is the a way to get the kettle and lights working please ? Thank you

@Doey3 some devices have very simple WiFi chips that do not easily connect tona dualband WiFi SSID Sky hubs like all modern WiFi routers produce. Potential solutions are explained here Split Sky WiFi bands
