Tv not connecting

I've just had Sky broadband installed. I've also just bought a new LG tv. The tv is connected to the WiFi, but it won't let

me use any of the apps.

It prompts me to install them, and then says  'application has not been installed'

How can I get this working?

@Jesse75 new broadband installations have a restrictive setting with Sky Broadband Shield which can boock some apps. Log into the My Sky app or website using the Sky if linked to the account and you can change the setting see here for more https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start
