Latency and speed drops

Hi for the last 2 months ive had nothing but latency issues when gameing even when wired I've had packet loss as well I'm just really confused what's going on because I haven't had a problem for 2 years  we have had 4 engineers out and keep saying they can't find a fault  these are my router statistics

@Troy123  Did you yourself re-start the router or did it reboot on its own?

If someone has helped give them Like.

Re: Latency and speed drops

An engineer come and replaced the router yesterday and it went off a few minutes after he left and restarted it  he did say he was gonna do a dlm reset on my line but it wasn't letting him do it  my previous router was broken it kept restarting every now and then and the speed dropped to 30 but even now if I'm not doing anything and I do and speed test it can't stay at the proper speed sometimes it will drop then go back up and it's doing this on my consoles as well

Are you using the prefilled ipv6 address. This can show the activity on a particular device. Can you resubmit using your public ipv4 address to ensure we see activity to the router

Looking at the IPv4 BQM graph to the router there doesn't seem a great deal wrong, unfortunately. And the router stats don't show a great deal wrong either.

@Troy123 do the line drops happen at a time where something in your home switches on or off? It looks like your line is dropping due to a sudden burst of electrical noise. As others have commented the stats and BQM does not indicate a fault but something is causing issues then stopping. While it could be something outside your home it is most likely something close by.

In the past appliances like older microwaves, kettles and heating controls have been found to be the cause but that is not an exhaustive list. If the issue is outside your home it is likely your neighbours will be having the same priblem..
