Find out more@walterm3533 unfortunately where Openreach are switching a service from being delivered over the copper phone line to a full fibre line they can on rare occasions stop the copper service early where for example they use the old copper cable to pull the new fibre cable through a duct. It shouldn't happen but where it does it is impossible to get the old service restored while you are waiting for the new installation to be completed.
