LOS light isn’t on

My LOS light on the open reach box isn't on, but the other three are

You don't want los to be on as that would be a fault

 

What issues are you facing

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

That makes so much sense 🤣 my broadband went down. It's now back up and running other than not working with the apps on the tv.
