Recently changed from BT to SKY broadband, my Kindle paperwhite no longer connects to the WIFI. Ive checked the airplane mode, WIFI password, updated the latest software on Kindle. Still will not connect. All other WIFI devices previosly that worked with BT router, work with SKY router. Kindle is 2014 model.

Some kindle only operate on 2.4ghz wifi you may need to seperate wifi bands and set up kindle on 2.4ghz
- Log onto router and go to wifi
- Go to 5ghz band and untick synchronise 2.4ghz and 5ghz
- Go to 5ghz ssid and add -5g at the end
- Save
- Go to individual devices and assign wifi band accordingly
