Issues with broadband

Hi, I'm hoping someone can attempt to explain what I'm going to ask. So I've switched our Broadband from Sky to BT during the Black Friday deal everything went well and we are all connected wirelessly to BT. This switch over happened Thursday 12th December, however when we connect to the Sky Q box and a PlayStation 5 with a wired ethernet connection we are still connecting to a new Sky Hub network that doesn't exist "SKYC9ED7" the hub name on our previous box that we had for the last 24 months was "SKYVIJE8" can someone please explain how this is even possible? On top of that the BT speed wirelessly when a speed test was run is around 400 mbps and when the speed test is run on the PlayStation 5 with a wired connecting is conveniently only 90 mbps which is roughly what we got with Sky. Please some help thanks.

@TBRYAN

Do you have Sky Q by any chance? It sounds like your Sky Q box is connected via ethernet which is giving out its name to other ethernet connected devices. The Sky Q box also only has 100mbps interface which can often cause other ethernet connected devices to be limited to 100mbps (with means you roughly get 90mbps on a speedtest).
