We have had no broadband now for 2 days.
sky no known issues in area on thier test site . But we know that there are issues in the area.
we have not been updated with the issue ?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
When the above test runs it shows historical test that is good can you please click on broadband to run the test for the most up to date test to see if it picks up the external fault.
