hi suddenly my wifi had gone off and won't come back on atall I need help asap please

@Shauna2024 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

Upon running the checker and it comes back as all okay can you click on broadband to get an updated check on the status of your broadband to see if it able to pick up the external fault.
