Issues with Broadband SY10

Hi

 

Had an issue last week where the internet did not work properly for 2 days, no wifi light was on. All other lights on the hub were green. Started working again for the last few days and now the same thing has happened, have tried multiple resets but the phone light will not come back on.

 

Suggestions welcome please

Some customers are reporting issues in SY13 if that's close by

Thanks for your reply, its about 14/15 miles away so it is possible that it affects it
